About Island City Bistro
Island City Bistro, formerly Thirsty’s Bistro, is a neighborhood restaurant on Wilton Drive, in the middle of Wilton Manors. We cook steakburgers and melts on the grill, press paninis, load up artisan hot dogs, and blend fresh fruit smoothies and protein shakes to order.
Come in for dinner or a late bite, grab a table on the patio and watch the Drive go by, or order ahead for pickup or delivery within 10 miles. After dinner the room turns into a stage, with drag, karaoke and live music.
Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend.
